Specialists (Mediation Project)

Susan Polywka qualified as a solicitor and joined the NHS in 1990. She is currently Risk & Litigation Adviser (part-time) to the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust. A dually-accredited mediator (CEDR and The ADR Group), she co-ordinated the NHS Mediation Pilot Scheme, and has lectured throughout the UK and abroad on the management of clinical risk, claims and complaints; promoting an integrated approach to the resolution of clinical disputes. She was appointed to the Forum to represent mediation interests.
